I have noticed game crashing very often when you hit or kill nazi scum with firearms (probably its hitscan weapons problem). I also noticed its always that same nazi on map (save or load dont matter) BUT when you start new game in that place where was bugged nazi he can be there or not (some randomize algoritm you used probably) i think difficult level also have some influence to this bug but im not sure (on higher difficult i meet bugged shit more often). I also noticed when you attack bugged nazi with a knife or cleaver and kill it nothing bad happens (no crash), when you use meele and then hitscan weapon there also no crash, when you use hitscan (no kill) and then meele there is also no crash. When you use hitscan (no kill of course) and then projectile weapon there is no crash (i noticed projectile weapon never causes a crash). I also noticed bugged nazi always have old wolfenstein sprite (basic brown nazi) maybe its some problem with this actor.

The guards always have brown uniforms, but they are meant to differentiate between the two variants displayed here:

Yeah, the default guard seems to have an "Xdeath" problem. I'm probably just going to remove the xdeath states. (All they do is bleed a bit more.)

FIXED! Extreme Wolfenstein v3 now properly works! Enjoy!

It kind of works for me! It crashes when I use the rocket launcher though.

I used 1.3.3 stable version + gog realse, when trying last beta problem went off. Maybe add link in first post to 1.3.9999999 version, because is quite hard to find it.

Before I released it, it didn't crash at all, and now it does. I think I'm going to just remove Items.txt from the file, and try to find other work-arounds.

According to Blzut3, it's the MIDI music. Apparently, ECWolf isn't great at managing MIDI music, and it crashes SDL_Mixer.
