Oh, I dunno. Maybe people who want to resume ZDoom netplay sessions at a later time and not lose all of their progress in various wads that allow you to hoard good things. (Money: Psychic, Guncaster, Trailblazer (junk money/upgrades); Weapons: LegenDoom, DRL Arsenal, Nazis!)
