Captain J wrote:Questions, eh? So i just got some questions;

- About the dialogue, is it going to have NPC or player's potrait in next update? Or it'll stay as it is?

- Beside the trailer music, what type of music will be added in this project? 16 Bit one?

- How did you actually managed to work with the shadow? Is it a 3D model?

- Are voices of the NPCs or players going to be added? Like grunt and scream and stuff.

- I just found out that zandro's hands are purple when he's using the magic. Intentional?

- Hawkman's minigun lacks animation when the barrels turns into a drill.

So, that's it. Can't wait for the next video!
- Important NPCs will have portraits, a trait I will be carrying over from Shining Force 2!
- The music in the trailer is indicative of the rest of the sound track. basically, think N64 Midis; however, most of the music will be mostly Ambient!
- The Shadow is indeed 3D, yes!
- Outside of the Death Blows "AHA!" sound, NPCs will not have voice lcips
- due to the fact that Zandros Sorcery weapon is exclusive to him, I thought it'd be a cute touch to have his hands purple in first person too, due to him having purple gloves.
- That was intentional, for quick weapon switching!

I will make sure to fix that soon, as well as add a section for the new analysis video!

Nice Weapon Analysis videos...that arrow launcher looks so dangerously.

I wonder if those "explanation-texts" would be viewable ingame as tutorial or something...since you seems put some efforts on them when making videos. :p

Hello Again, and Welcome to Week 3 of the Analysis Series!

Today we will be Covering the Flame Furnace!

PS: I think you can probably tell I took some inspiration from the Unreal Series!

I think in the case of in game stuff, the text may be condensed. More Subtle features will probably have to be pointed out, which can be done so via NPCs!

You mean the homing rockets are the particles?

The particles dont do damage, and the homing rocks home on the closest target!

So it's the only way/character can do Rocket Jumping?

Also I see no falling damage in this mod as the video shows...? (Which is better since no one want to fall to dead after performs RJ :p)

Hello Again, and Welcome to Week 4 of the Analysis Series!

Today we will be Covering the Magnetic Minigun!

They are actually various ways you can rocket jump in this game; I think I mentioned it in my Auto Arrow analysis, which (if I remember correctly) states you can do explosive bolt jumping too. They are also land mines you can probably rocket jump with, amongst other things, but the Flame Furnace is the best way to do it (until people end up experimenting with ways I probably overlooked!)
NGX wrote:Love the graphics. Hope to see this on Steam :)
Funnily enough, multiple people have asked/said they would love to see this game on Steam. Is it ever possible to have a project like this on Steam?... I mean, its a mod, but if they was a way to get rid of any controversial code, I wouldn't mind the possibility of getting this on steam... something I will have to do research into! (or maybe something you guys could inform me of; I am trying to recall they was something Nash made that turned all code into decorate code, which eliminates copyrighted code?... I am not very informed in the matter!)

Also, I should point out, if you have any questions, I usually answer them every saturday. I am usually too busy working on the project to check the thread throughout the week; I will eventually reply to any questions or replies by the time I upload a new video, however!
