Well i think can be done when i finish all the maps, Honestly the pk3 structure is not a priority for now, but i can call you for this job if you want, do you have skype?

No I don't have Skype and sorry I will never use it for a personal reason.

But I'll give you FB infos only through PMs obviously.
Well, concerning the graphics... that's a good idea to wait all maps first.
AFAIK, I can also optimize sounds turning them into .ogg files (not flac unfortunately) and so on, too.
Keep in mind that it's 3am where I live, so maybe you'll need to wait some hours for a response (which will be surely good :D ).

Well i guess there is one since in RE3,Nemesis can use a rocket launcher.

And in Operation Raccoon City he use a minigun.

There's also the second RE movie,where he use both a rocket launcher and a minigun.

I guess he could use RE3 Nemesis... however, everything related to the file structure of the classic RE trilogy games - specially the third - is a pain to deal with. Or at least was, back a few years.
