hello fellow humans:


So I am now working on a modelpack that contains models originally made for Risen3D and are in MD2 format. Adding all the useful models is finished, going into coding Decorate and Modeldef definitions now, an aweful lot of work!

I post this here, because all these models may be found later in DOOM NEMESIS itself. Same with all the other modelpacks. Go find them in the resources thread for those of you interested in them.

I cannot post a demo for the demo itself would have many bugs (e.g. missing models due to model definition overhauls and reorganization.)

Stay tuned and enjoy other mods undtil I give you further updates, or go try my uploaded modelpacks for yourself! Have Fun and happy holidays!

My plan was to design two versions, one that depends on models for the high end PC users and one that does not need models at all for the sake of performance on older PC systems. I am all alone working on this so it is gooing to take a while.

FINAL RELEASE! DOOM NEMESIS ALPHA DEMO!

So after 8 years of running this project after restarting it from scratch I finally managed to make a stable alpha demo available:

What you gonna see, compared to classic doom:

- 1 hour hub map (4 maps interconnected) on a UAC space station to explore.
- 3d Skybox with panorama view on the other section of the stations, spaceships flying overhead, the moon, stars.....the demonic outbreak also affects the skybox
- custom monsters
- dynamic lights
- flashlight use
- custom nightvision item
- enhanced vanilla weapons (Led´s generic weapon mod)
- Bolognese mod is included (press B in game for Options)
- Tons of 3d models from my own created modelpacks including collision detection via invisible bridges.
- Shader effects
- reverbs
- custom sounds
- custom textures
- lots of ACS scripts in action for every map.
