Something seems to be wrong with the health pickups. I was playing through the Second Encounter, and when Hans Grosse brought me down to 25% I went to the room full of health and ammo and somehow managed to collect four medkits, meaning the last was wasted. The same thing happened in the next map when I had exactly 75% health, picked up a medkit, and then ate a plate of food for no reason a few minutes later.

An old issue with EDGE/3DGE, something to do with the way it calculates players health.

ERROR WHILE RUNNING MODS

I get following error while running it with 3dege Version 2.04 downloaded from here:-

Error is following:-
This version of 3dege cannot handle rts script.
error occured near line 9 of Rscript Lump
Line contents Vesion # 2.10

When i try to run Latest Version Download 3DGE-2.1.0-Test2-Win32+Linux.7z (5.2 MB) from here https://sourceforge.net/projects/edge2/ ... urce=files i get missing msvcrt.dll

hmm can you please advice which dll to download from here:-

how to get rid of the error

Are you using any command lines (such as "-v135")?

It's the same version I'm using, even checked the filesize of the executables. Works just fine, even tried nullifying the configuration. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

No i am not using any command lines should i use it to play mod.

are there any additional files required to play this mod or will it run fine by package

if any additional files are required. Where should i put it.

Do i require any additional programs to run 3edge like microsoft visual c++ i am using test version 1 & 2 both are not running in my computer.

If yes what are the system requirements to run the mod & 3dege version 2.10

Make sure you have a fresh copy of 3DGE, a DOOM or DOOM2 IWAD and unpack the entire contents of the mod (INCLUDING "wolf3d data") into the same folder. Either use the included BAT file (play_me.bat) or the command line: "3DGE.EXE -FILE WOLF3DGE.WAD". I think dragging the WAD onto 3DGE.EXE might work too, though I'm not sure.

This is the best thing ever.
PC Wolf, Mac Wolf, Spear of Destiny, all remastered, running in a DooM port.

Updated. Better sprites for those so-called Pac-Man ghosts (sure, they look more textured and three dimensional in the port versions but they looked nothing like the original ones from Pac-Man), replaced the purple wall(s) (E1M10) lots of fixes to enemy behaviour, in particular the way pain and death are handled.
