Sorry to disturb but i wanna share an idea
How about in the next episode there would be a secret level in wich you can fight a secret boss (probably is gonna be a stickman or other shapes) and the special thing about the secret boss would be that is invincible on a type of weapon ammo (ex: Green stickman would be immune to the uzi and granade) and the only weapons that are globaly effective to the secret bosses would be the starting pistol the deffilibrator and the shotbow and super shotbow (what you call the weapons)

ALSO i want to say that this mod is great and hipsterfull, I Mean you guys want to put the chexquest friendlyness and put it in duke nukem 3d and make it in the doom engine
You guys are in fact profesional hipsters and Modding

Free, but that unfortunately lowers the priority of the project, so progress is slow. We have plenty planned, and you may even get Episode Two before we finish the rest. We'll see how it goes.

Thanks! Glad you like it! We already have way too many ideas floating around in our heads, and we are pretty sure what direction we will take regarding enemy and gameplay and environment design. All we have to do now is make it!

So, all the download links for this on the project's site are broken?

They seem to be working at the moment, for me at least.

Attempting to download it (using Firefox) returns an error of the quality

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.
I had another friend tell me the same thing happened to them, which is why I'm currently reporting it. (And I want the update because my latest Squareware seems to be from 2014. This is a fun project by the way, I just hope I actually find an explosive weapon sometime in the set because Doom has trained me to love them.)

Looks like we've got an issue to resolve.

For now, you can download Square v1.2 from this mirror:

WIN32 http://mtrop.net/downloads/mirror/squar ... 32-1.2.zip
PK3 ONLY http://mtrop.net/downloads/mirror/squar ... k3-1.2.zip

We'll be releasing v1.3 soon, so this might be obsolete by the end of the week!

It's shipped with a slightly modified ZDoom that will only detect the Square IWAD. (IPK3, whatever.) It's for convenience for people who don't already have ZDoom and don't want to have to download a different thing; anyone who regularly uses these forums only need the "PK3 only" version.

Thanks mate, and will be looking forward to it. Might I also add, onto the list of fixes for this 1.3, adjusting the autoaim option in Square's MENUDEF so that it is a slider consistent with the recent revision over autoaim's tendencies? I frowned when I couldn't fix it in the menu.

What is that "code fragmentation" thing? Is it just that ZDoom and GZDoom were compiled with different versions of FMOD Ex?

These warnings were always there. The game type is Doom under the hood.
I think the only way to get rid of them (without changing source code and/or menudef inside zdoom.pk3) is to make small empty textures with these names.
