Hey hello everyone!

I will be out for about a month, i mean " no internet ".
And im also back to work so i will have really less time for Mortila for a while..
My friend Darsycho take the project for that time, Thank you very much by the way!.

So! when i will return to that project, i will test the whole thing again.
To see what Darsycho will have fixed and all, and i'll give you some news.
I will also fix everything remains, working on the ending parts.
And after all that... a new beta will be released.

Thanks to everyone that took the time to give ideas.. and bug/problem reports.
And thanks to each of you that played the beta.
To all of you that follow that project too!

I will return...

Hey ! Hello everyone, im back since a while but i did not have many free time to spend on the project.
Don't worry though, even if it will take more time to do, the project will never be abandoned.

It been five years now since i began the project, i spent a lot of hours on this.
Im not gonna abandone this.

Well, for now i'm making a journey in the deep of my imagination.
I will make some sketch on real paper, to see how i could design some areas.
Because the game is still missing many maps and stuffs.

Out of this i got the idea for something, and i have some preview here:

For you that did play the last beta to the end, you might have an idea of what it is.
Anyway that is all i have to say for now.
I will release a beta some day when many progress will be done.

My friend Darsycho recently noticed a bug in the beta 2.31, that infortunately break the entire game..
At map35 (Water temple level 02) the startspot is not at the good place.
So i doubt someone finished the beta..
Sorry it seems like i've released a broken beta again..

Thanks!! :) and well, sorry for not posting anything since a while, my job took all my time..
I'm back for a couples of week (2 or 4), we are trying to finish some things before the next beta.
Darsycho is working on balancing the monsters and stuff, and fixing many problems while i'm working on many missing sprites.

We will probably be able to release the next version soon.

GOOD NEWS HERE, Darsycho sent me the updated version of Mortila.
I took my entire day to test it to the end (took me 7h22m43s to reach the very end).
Its fully playable, just a couples of thing to fix before the next beta.
And i want to finish something else before the release too, its a surprise i hope you all will enjoy.

So, the next version will probably be released soon (a matter of weeks) if everything continue on the good way.

There will be MANY changes, i will also add a CHANGELOG file with the pack so you see what have been fixed, changed, added. :)

Hello everyony, just to inform you about the arrival of the new beta soon, like i said in a matter of weeks.
Everything is pregressing in the good way yet so that dont changed.
And also to inform you of a big change i did, the Water realm will be completely remake.
Since at my opinion the Water temple was not enough involved with water engeniring and all those thing..

If you want to share your thoughs on this it is welcome ! i like to know what you people think of what i do!.
And i hope you will enjoy the new beta with all the new stuff and things. The changelog is pretty long.
(i will add the changelog with the new files so you see whats new)

Hey it's now a matter of day before the next Beta release, i'm so impatient now.
Hope this one will be fully enjoyable it have so many improvements.. !!
Also i think it may be the time to reveal the surprise (maybe some of you already know since Darsycho published some pictures revealing it yesterday) The Necromancer classe will be playable in this beta !.
It may need fixing.. i did not have tested it to the end yet but i played some hours with it and it seems pretty fine. This class contain 4 weapon (made by myself) for now, i may add a fifth weapon to is set i dont know yet.

So for now for your appetite i will share some screenshots of the new Necro classe :) :

EDIT: Seems like i still forgot another important thing on the release, i will upload a "patch" w'ill say.
It is just for the end of the game so if you dont play it to the end dont bother about this.
So, you would just have to delete the map60 from the MAPS folder inside the .pk3 and import this new one here if you want to try the final boss.
Or simply drag both Mortila beta 2.44.pk3 & MAP60.wad over GZDoom.exe seems to works fine too.

hey guys i dragged the pk3 file over gzdoom and selected one of my doom wads and i get missing textures and sprites... also the color mapping seems to be all wrong? any help?
