Oh, so that means Setzer and I got a sorta 'unreleased' version? :P

Are you sure? The only versions that have been released only allow players to gib the humanoid monsters. The medium-sized monsters are not gibbable, ever.

Unless I figured out how to build a time machine in the future and travelled back in time to 2007 and decided to secretly let you and Setzer have the latest version?

There are gibbable demons, barons, etc in Demon Wars. Someone over at DRD said they were from the latest version of nashgore; perhaps the author of DW doesn't realize that version hasn't actually been publically released yet (and thus he shouldn't have included the content)?

If it helps, the gibbable baron in that seems to be based on the MRW lord of heresy death.

... WHAT?

No seriously, the version on my hard disk with new gib sprites, and xdeath frames for all of the monsters (similar to Eriance's, but not based of their regular death frames - but rather - drawn from scratch) has never been released to ANYONE before. Even I myself don't load it that much (I don't have it on autoload in fear of it breaking maps).

Zero Tolerance has x-deaths for demons, cacos, and barons (technically just the death animation of the winged barons from Rebirth). It sounds like these are the same things you guys are talking about in Demon Wars.

Alright guys, let's just drop the subject now, 'k? Enough bickering about custom death sprites. :)

What bickering? Seemed like a perfectly calm, sensible discussion to me.

Some people really need to learn that discussion != argument.

back on Topic...

Here's the Screenshots from the completely remade Map10 of DE-Ep2 "Hellkeep". It still bares a lot of resemblence to the original, but the size was greatly enlarged for easier movement and better gameplay (the original was too cramped, imo).

The new version of DE will be uploaded when I fix this one script bug at the end of the map.

If you want to PM the map to me I'll take a look at the script and see if I can fix it.
