Not needed.
GZDoom 4.6.0 (some mods like Hideous Destructor auto-loaded, sorry)
I rotated my monitor, set the correct rotation in my OS, and then loaded GZDoom. Using the normal scaling modes, it automatically matches my desktop resolution.
