Actor following any object we force it to, Path followers, Actor movers, Players, other monsters, and the lot.

Something like this:

Thing_Follow(int tid, bool NoRetaliate, bool Persistent);

we seperate Hate Target from Chase Target and we can force the actors to follow any other actor, even when they hate another actor, and try to shoot at them.

Or we force them to keep their temper and do not shoot at their hate target.

Or we can force them to keep following the current Chare Target even when they get damaged by another actor, and do not switch to the new actor.

These could be achieved by something like NORETALIATE and PERSISTENT_CHASE bits.
