[No] Ultra-Violence+

After checking out the new official remasters of Doom and Doom 2, I've taken a great liking to the new difficulty.
Are there any plans on implementing this into Gzdoom?
I know its possible to replicate it with console commands, but I was wondering if there's a chance we could select it on the difficulty screen.

You might notice that it is only accessible if you use the level select screen if you launch the unity port.

If anything, I think GZDoom needs a level select screen, and this request can then be implemented through that.

Otherwise, it creates a problem with custom wads that replace the menu graphics. This image is used very frequently to demonstrate why it hasn't added to the native skill selection menu:
