Adding a Strict MBF compat profile

I started playing Valiant recently (megawad for MBF-compatible source ports) and I noticed that GZDoom currently does not have an "MBF (strict)" profile, as is exhibited by "Doom (strict)" and "Boom (strict)". Selecting the currently available "MBF" option will get you the MBF-specific things, but will not activate everything else you'd expect from playing on another sourceport like PRBoomPlus - meaning things like infinitelly tall actors, tall explosions, etc.

So I was wondering, would you consider adding an "MBF (strict)" profile? As far as I understand it, it's basically just everything that the Boom (strict) profile has on right now, plus the "MBF" profile options. It would likely take very little effort and would add to compat completeness and convenience for the user.
