In a similar way to how the graphics folder, sprites folder, sounds folder etc can have sub folders and GZDoom manages to find anything in them and treat them all as graphics, sprites, sounds etc could something similar be done for maps?
It would be useful for multi-map mods where several maps may have a similar theme. e.g. Something like LWM's Chibi Rebellion has many, many maps so they could, perhaps, be sorted into themed folders for modder sanity.

Re: Sub Folders for Maps
It's not as easy because maps are being read by the full path name, unlike these other resources. I'm sorry but the work needed here is a bit too much for the added benefit.
Re: Sub Folders for Maps
I had a funny feeling that something like that might be going on with maps. Thanks for the answer.
