Virtual function/event handler for being raised from corpse

I've got a lot of stuff that affects corpse behaviour that needs to be unset if the monster is raised. I can do this in the raise state (and copypaste the same stuff for each monster), or even have the ticker check for the raise state (which as of this writing I haven't figured out how to do), but it would be nice not to have to do that.

I thought I'd seen that before! Just forgot that one specific synonym to search -_-
