Master volume setting and slider

Adds a master volume setting to the game, allows you to scale all volumes (sound and music) with 1 slider while maintaining the relativity between them.

Holy fuck, you have no idea how much I've wanted to do this myself but it was just never important enough for me to get around to it.

The implementation looks correct to me, too, from what I can see.

While we're on the subject, it seems to me that it would make sense for the "menu volume" slider to be decoupled from the "sounds volume" slider.

Currently, the value of "sounds volume" will affect how loud the menu sounds are.

This requires a new topic. If you piggyback your request on a closed thread, it will never be done because it's not on a list of open threads which effectively becomes our "to-do" list. Quickest way to not get something is to not have it on the to-do list.
