As seen on the old Turok engine and some other 90's ones, I thought it was great, if possible, to add as an OpenGL Option or something like that, the possibility to set engine wise Distance Fog, which would be probably a great implementation in order to avoid stuttering or low fps on projects which uses large amount of effects, 3d models, 3d sectors (well maybe these ones can't change) and so on...
Since this has been already done in the past to let engines clip the scene and turn them affordable for old technology, could be this something possible to include on GZDoom / QZDoom ?
