Toggle Leaky Radsuit
Could the Leaky Radsuit bug be made a toggle-able compatibility flag or something?

Compatflags are usually created for the sake of emulating behavior that ZDoom either unintentionally dropped or had to drop for more advanced features, not for turning arbitrarily decided game mechanics off for not reason other than ... well, presumably because you don't like it.

Nope. Right there in the source code to Doom, you can see a P_Random call in the super hellslime sector special code that's not there in the other damaging sector specials. It's fully intentional, likely to represent the environment being so hostile that not even an environmental suit can fully protect you.

Besides, there are already ways to define sector damage of this strength that does not leak.
