A_JumpIfTargetInsideMeleeRange flag request

Would it be much to ask for a flag to check if the Target is dead to not do the jump?

Currently will always jump regardless. Could also maybe be added to 'A_JumpIfTargetOutsideMeleeRange'

This squarely falls into DIY, using ZScript.
