New ice shard sprites

Since the old ice chunk sprites were deleted because of copyright issues, and because some mods use the ice chunks, I made two new sets of ice chunk sprites in Blender.
Here is a preview of the first set with HeXeReTiC Fantasy 0.789, and a
WAD file with the sprites.
Here is a preview of the second set with Guncaster 2.8, and a
WAD file with the sprites.

Two things:
1. No translucent pixels, please. This will make it stand out like a sore thumb.
2. Use the same purple shade, because that's actually the color the frozen corpses will be in.

I had to look in the source code for the ice palette, though. Could the ice translation be externalized to a
TRNSLATE lump inside gzdoom.pk3?

I hate to be a stick-in-the-mud but I've seen you do higher quality work than this before.
These shards look very flat - I would consider opening them in Photoshop and adding some shading to the bottom of them. Also, the more janky they look the better - these look kind of too smooth.
I only give these suggestions in the hopes that it won't take more than 10 minutes or so to make the appropriate improvements - they don't have to be "perfect" but something a little bit more consistent with what we had before would be nice.

Yeah, I'm not super-fond of those either. Hope you don't mind, but I made a quick edit (4x scale):
I wanted to give 'em that cliche shiny-stripe thing, but it looked too noisy at low res. The edges still may need more janking up, but it's a start.

I'd pick Xaser's... (and remove the Hexen versions entirely from the extra PK3.)

They look nice, but kind of remind me of a soap bar. Especially the first frame.

Further improvements/replacements of the sprite are welcome, from my eyes.
Glad to see this in either way! Didn't dawn on me that the shard sprites were split off into zd_extra, but yeah, plenty of mods rely on their existence.

These are definitely much better.
I don't think the BBCodes were ever implemented for tables on this site.
