CollisionClass Property

Post by Drake Raider »

Remember +Thrughost? And other heretic ghost flags? this idea is just giving an actor a property that defines its "ghostyness" do to speak, and perhaps another that lists possible collision types. Basically a customizable version of Ghost/thrughost

I want to use the ghost layer for an effects layer, but that would mean it would create conflicts in Heretic.

I imagine this will get a DIY tag. I'm pretty sure you can do this yourself with ZScript by overriding the CanCollideWith virtual function.

Indeed, you can use the CanCollideWith virtual function to get what you desire.
