Add ZDoom32 to download page

I'd really like to see ZDoom32 on the download page, i've just released a final (non pre-release version). Clearly ZDoom LE wasn't good enough but this one is a different animal, i've learnt from the LE experience and i think this one is more interesting while keeping the low system requirements. Could be still marked as discontinued but it's a more modern ZDoom version.
I'd like Rachael to test it first when she has time however. Someone could compile Linux and Mac versions if necessary (untested but should work).
