Return type for A_DropItem

Return type for A_DropItem
In short, I would like to be able to directly manipulate an actor created via A_DropItem. Alternatively, I could spawn said actor another way after mimicking A_DropItem, but as it is a native function, I not only can't see what it precisely does, but I have to assume it's not available in direct ZScript anyway.
