Allow selecting different timidity config files

Like the other MIDI backends. PR 330

This only provides an extra config file to Timidity. I didn't notice a way to disable loading the default config file, but it's not much of a problem.

I couldn't remember why I solved this by loading different EXEs on Windows, but now that you mention it, it was this stupid decision to not fully override the default config.
As good as Timidity++ is to play music, the source code is in a league of its own, I've rarely seen code this messy...
