As it says on the tin. G_PlayerFinishLevel is scriptified now, which is great, but there's no way to do pre-snapshot/hub change behaviour not tied to the player. The event could be named something like WorldLeaveHub and be passed the same arguments as Player::PlayerFinishLevel through WorldEvent.
