Model Enemies in Enhanced NVG

In the enhanced night vision mode, enemies made from models, unlike their sprite counterparts, do not show up in the inverted palette that makes them look all bright like they have a heat signature. Is there any way that this behaviour could be added?

I assume that it also applies to the inverted invulnerability palette but the mod I have been testing with has a modified invulnerability making it awkward to check.
