Hi,
I wanted to run Doom on an arcade cabinet with joystick connected to an keyboard encoder (ipac).
Is there i way to map the keys for the menu system. By default it uses the up down left right keys and enter. I wamt to choose my own keys. Now i have to use a wireless keyboard to select the level and difficulty and then play with the joysticks.
I could not find a way to may the menu system keys.

The menu should be controllable with a standard directional pad on a controller. Adding a mapping here is not that easy because the menu runs on completely different input code than the game itself.

It would be super nice to be able to navigate the menu with WASD and the use key, since these keys are all left handed and don't require you to click the mouse with any precision or reach all the way across the keyboard to the enter key. You could even make this part of the new 'prefer WASD' defaults as well, which I think is sensible, but either way just adding menu rebind options like prBoom and Chocolate Doom have would be well appreciated.
