Player Actor Transfer?

A function that transfers control of a player to another actor. Allowing class changing and other effects easily. Hopefully with a few things included.

Pointer data transferred and actors referencing said actor.
Allowed transfer to non playerpawn actors.
Thinker references also transferred.

With the loss if substitute some very unique effects were removed completely due to security issues, but a new version of this function could be added without changing the original.

In an effort to save a project that has been worked on for around 10 years I'd figure I'd ask before deciding that it's dead.
