A simple flag that makes an actor susceptible to fall damage.

This would be nice.

Perhaps a fix for the Hexen wierdness in P_MonsterFallingDamage could be part of this? Or at least adding another level flag to properly enable damage scaling based on velocity, instead of doing the math and then blindly setting damage to TELEFRAG_DAMAGE at the last minute.
