GetReplacement as Clearscope

As part of a forthcoming PR, I was hoping to modify CountInv, which is clearscope, to be able to call GetReplacement. However, this naturally produces the error, "Can't call play function GetReplacement from data context".

Can GetReplacement be made clearscope as well? As it should only return information, one might argue that it would be safe to call in this context. But, as it is a native static function, I also seem to have the impression that scope becomes a much more complicated matter.
