ACS : StartSound()

ACS : StartSound()

Looking at the wiki, I noticed that A_PlaySound() has become deprecated. So now ACS should have StartSound() which would be analogous to A_StartSound(). I checked that PlaySound() is still limited to 8 channels and needs to be updated or replaced! :idea:
