LineTrace(r) ignore compatflags

I've just run into a situation in my mod where a LineTracer.Trace check is broken under certain circumstances if the player has "Use Doom code for hitscan attacks" enabled.

If having these functions be subject to that compatflag at all is a bug please move this to the Bugs forum, but if not it would be nice to have some kind of flag to override that setting.
