UpdateWaterLevel as virtual
I probably should have asked for this sooner, but this would be handy if one wants to, for example, play sounds for entering/leaving deep water (and even have different sounds depending on whether said deep water is just water or slime/lava/etc.).

I no longer need this. Various other features allow me to do what I wanted.

There's a virtual on Actor called "FallAndsink" that would be suitable for this use case.
