Skill Health/ArmorPickupFactor

Right now there is HealthFactor and ArmorFactor, but those determine not only how much you pick up, but the maximum amount you can carry especially if it's an overriding armor.

I would like for there to be a property where it only affects how much is given WITHOUT affecting the maximum amount.

This will override Health/ArmorFactor's pickup amounts, but not their maximum amounts.
