Docker/Snappy/AppImage for official Linux binaries

This is one thing that was suggested to me via PM by Marisa Kirisame when we discussed changing how Linux builds are labeled on the official site.

Basically (as I understand it anyway), putting GZDoom into one of these ensures that all the libraries are available and the only thing that is required to run it is the kernel - meaning it will pretty much run on any distro without modifications, and the package is self-contained and can be installed on any system without conversion.
