Distinct highlight colour when selecting console text

Distinct highlight colour when selecting console text
It would be nice to make it clear just what we're about to copy to the clipboard, and to make it more obvious to the user that such function is available at all.

I know it is at least for stuff you type into the command line - I don't recall off the top of my head if it is for stuff already printed onto the console but I don't see why it wouldn't be. (I usually copy from the output on my Linux terminal so I can see what I'm highlighting)
