As established in my editing thread here...

There is currently no way to make a walkable midtex that blocks hitscan-based weapons without causing the empty space above/below the midtex to also block hitscans.

Walkable midtextures block projectiles (but not hitscans) by default, with a flag to allow projectiles to pass through them, but there is no corresponding (inverse?) flag for hitscans.

Can an additional 3DMIDTEX_BLOCKHITSCAN (or similar) flag be added to UDMF that would allow for walkable midtextures to block all weapon attacks?
