ZScript sound volume function
[wiki]SoundVolume[/wiki] currently only exists in ACS... I need a ZScript version of this please, thanks. :D

Bump of agreement, this'd be useful for something I've had on the backburner for a while because I wasn't happy with how it sounded because of the lack of this.

Yes. This would allow the removal of some hackery that I use for the static rifle in D4D which is currently an actor that approaches or stays distant based on charge.

Graf, what do you think about _mental_'s implementation? Seems straightforward and harmless enough to me. :D I could use this immediately, it's literally the last bit of ACS left in my project.
