Letterboxing on panoramic resolutions?

Could you please add an option to play on 16:9/16:10 displays, while keeping 4:3 aspect ration (via letterboxing on the sides)? The reason I'm ask is that any 4:3 resolution is messing with stuff on my desktop and I kinda still want to play the way id meant it to be played (4:3) while not having to reset my taksbar size and whatnot afterwards. I also like to play in fullscreen so window mode isn't an option either.

That is, unless it's already in there and I'm just missing it (very likely).

Can't you force aspect ratio in options?
