New added sounds won't play

I can't figure out why my sounds won't play

I added the new sound "RACCSFX" to the wad
I added it also to a SNDINFO file

I can't get it to play with the console command 'playsound raccsfx' or any calls I added to the script.

This is a hexen wad made with slade3
The sound plays fine in the slade3 player
I also tried converting the mp3 to wav and still nothing

I was able to add a song that is playing correctly from the MAPINFO for my level, but it is not in SNDINFO

You haven't specified a language for the SNDINFO. It's just a plain text document.

That shouldn't be the problem, though, since GZDoom will parse the lump upon startup anyway. That and SLADE should automatically recognize the language from the lump name, which does make me wonder why it hasn't done so in this case.
