I have noticed that in some Hexen maps there is a rotating skybox, I couldn't find any tutorial or anything how can I implement it on my skybox. So the question is how can I make it rotate?

The
Sky1 and Sky2 properties in a map's MAPINFO definition allow for scrolling.

I believe the question is not related to scrolling skybox, but a fixed skybox - a skybox thats not conically stretched around map. I'm also wondering how achieve this effect.

yeah this is actually what I was looking for: SKY1 = "SKY1",
0.1 that Map definition is really really helpful, I don't understand that I couldn't find it myself
