TEXTURES lump and skins

Hi. I'm not really new in doom editing but i'm new here.

I'm trying to make additionnal skins for a mod i'm working on and i'm doing the sprites in hi-res. I could manage all of this in the main mod, using scale in decorate along with a TEXTURES lump, but for the skins, it doesn't seem to work well. Especially for the mugshot sprites which can't be scaled by decorate.

So my question is: is it possible to use a TEXTURES lump into a skin wad? If yes, how to?
