Just renaming the OLDCODE file into DECORATE should work.
Or copying everything from OLDCODE into an already existing DECORATE file.

As for the updated download for your project, I still don't see anything ZScript/Roach related inside.
I am fairly certain the importing doesn't exactly work, but I am unsure why.
Are you sure that GZDoom Builder doesn't have the map open when you are importing the files?
