I am a little confused, ive seen voxel models being defined in both decorate and a voxeldef.
what is recommended for a voxel model like this and how do i make a voxel model transparent?
What do i need to do to make a voxel model work ingame?

So, transparency of voxels has been removed. No go, cannot be.
But, for the definiton side, voxeldef is not necessary. You just have to name the voxel under the same convention as when naming frames and it work like a frame.

problem is, is that i want the voxel to spin around too....

read trough the page Diode mentioned but if for the model you're using I recommend creating a texture and aking a polyobject which also has the ability to be transparent.
