I've been looking around for a while now and I want to pull off an effect like a VHS or like the camera effect in Soundless Mound
I looked in the Soundless mound PK7 file and found a shaders folder with another glsl folder inside containing a grain.frag file and another called retro.frag. I believe that's what I'm looking for, But I have no idea how to implement something similar into my project. Do you guys have any clue where to start?
(mods feel free to move, this is my first post on here)

While actually adding it to GZDoom is beyond me, I do know the first thing you'll want is to get a shader of the effect you want. Shadertoy.com is a good place to start (albeit one that takes a long while to load in some browsers); I found
this effect that may be what you're looking for.
