Bug with 3d floors.

Hi, i've been making a map for a mod, and for some reason, textures are glitchy in this 3d floor:

Someone knows why is this happening?

I know that you can't make that that the bug disappear magically with a screenshot, i just wanted to know if someone knows why is it happening and if he can explain it to me.

We cannot tell you without seeing the map.

In any case, moving to "editing" because I consider it very unlikely to be an engine problem.

Hint:
Reexamine the ceiling/floor heights of the control sectors tag 16 and compare to the height of the game area.

If in doubt, then draw it out on paper.
