Doors keep touching "ceiling"/sky

making a map in a wide outside area, and every door i've tried to make extends upward into the sky. I haven't seen any topics on this, what can i do?

I've tried normal doors, and polyobject ones.

We can't really debug a screenshot, plus I have no idea which one illustrates the issue you're having.

Yes, the download now works.
But, before asking for help with your problem, I would advise to first finish texturing your map and assigning proper actors. It is less than inspiring to see all those missing textures and missing actors. It is almost as if you really do not care about the map.

see, i did, but im using a bunch of different addons for stuff. The Texture packs for Doom 1 and final doom from realm 667 should fill it out. X(

Do you expect me to hunt for and download two more texture packs?

Hey, first of all, can you expand on your issue, from what you wrote im getting that your doors keep going after opening, until they hit the skybox, second of all I can't seem to find any door on your map so even if I made one myself, and found the issue, you may have diffrent plans where a door should be, and turns out that sector has another problem with the doors.

well there are two areas, the hallway thats supposed to connect the arena to the area just a bit forward of the mausoleum, and the circular area with pool and the Egyptian spire.

In this case, using a Door special obviously does not do the trick. Since you are mapping for UDMF, use a Floor special script instead. For example:
