If you can, try matching them up in a graphics editor to see if the issue can be seen there (usually it can - ypu'll hae to rotate the panels and match them up to see it though).
It's also usually possible to fix minor matching problems in a graphics editor but it can sometimes be quite tricky because you have to take into account that you are editing something that will eventually be folded into a virtual 3D shape and that can mess with angles and the flow if any obvious features in the sky - like dramatic changes of colour, or particularly bold clouds etc.
I could obviously edit this (I have already edited it to make it work with GZDoom in the first place, so), but I'm not sure what I would have to edit to fix it... All of the faces are 200x200, so they're not uneven. I guess I'm just a bit puzzled on how to fix it.
