Iv'e made a wall (which should rise up on a trigger).
In the gzdoom builder it looks ok: it is lowered down and textured.
But when I run the gzdoom however, the wall is transparent (but inpassable).
How to fix this error?
I've got an invisible wall which is textured in the builder

Frankly I have some trouble understanding what you want here.
To me, an invisible wall is just an opening with linedefs set to Block Player.
No textures involved, unless you set a texture with transparency to give a
hint of a wall.
Then, to pass such a wall, you would have to clear the Block Player flag
in a script.
Or do you mean a transparent door?

No.
I just made a sector which will open on a trigger elsewhere.
That may be the cause of a problem or I don't know what, but...
The wall should be initially opaque. It IS opaque in the editor but IT IS NOT opaque in the game - before the trigger was activated.
It is creally an error because in the game the wall is transparrent but unpassable - that means it has not been opened.
I'm unable to fix this problem while what I see is a normal opaque wall in the editor.

Since I do not know how you constructed your map I can only hazard a guess.
Perhaps it is just a matter of where, which section of the wall, you placed the texture.
Read the sections of Linedefs and Sidedefs in The Unofficial WAD Designers' Handbook.

Problem solved.
I've changed sector tag for these ambush doors and they went back to a proper possition.
