I need help creating an invasion map in Zandronum (Hexen/UDMF) format using GZDooM Builder.
I can put the map spots down but then I can't modify them for number each round.
It has something to do with the arguments for actions with the action set to 0, unfortunately the arguments are left as 1 through 5, rather than explaining what they do, I have scoured the wiki but it just says they exist... (thanks, yeah me or someone else can update that).
Can anyone tell me what those variables do? The spots remain useless without them and copying from existing maps is hardly very "customisable" or "fun."

Re: SkullTag Spawn Spots
I do not map for Zandronum, so this is just a suggestion for something to try

Re: SkullTag Spawn Spots
Hold on.
1. Start spawn number
2. Spawn delay
3. Round spawn delay
4. First appear wave
5. Max spawn
Thank you, I don't know why my setup wouldn't tell me that.

Re: SkullTag Spawn Spots
The reason is quite simple, you are using GZDoom Builder. The latest published version was r2787.Acolyte Rust wrote: ... I don't know why my setup wouldn't tell me that.
Support for Zandromum invasion maps was added in GZDoom Builder - Bugfix r2939.
Which makes your choice easy enough if you want to continue with invasion style maps.R2939 | 4f8f390 | ZZYZX | 09/03/2017, 17:58

Updated Zandronum game configurations to include invasion spawners and MBF
items (dog, evil sceptre, unholy bible, beta lost soul)
However, be aware that for versions after GZDBBFr3018 you must update some files, see my tutorial.
